It's strange to think that these days, Capcom's giving more love to amiibo than Nintendo themselves. While The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD's getting a Loftwing amiibo, Capcom's just revealed that Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin is getting three new figures too.

Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings Of Ruin Is Getting Three New Amiibo

It follows on from the original Monster Hunter Stories on 3DS, which launched with six different amiibo, though that range was sadly exclusive to Japan. Monster Hunter Rise had three of its own too back in March, which focused on Magnamalo, Palamute and Palico.

Elsewhere, Capcom also gave us a brand new look at Stories 2 through a new trailer, detailing new gameplay mechanics, a deluxe edition, and more. We've also got plenty of details for Monster Hunter Rise Version 3.0 when it launches tomorrow, alongside a fresh post-launch roadmap, so be sure to check it out.
