To get an Apex Blaze Sac in Monster Hunter Rise you will need to take down Apex Rathalos. This is a monster that is only available in Rampage quests. You have a chance to get them on carves, and for hunting the target. You get a lot of materials for completing the Apex Rathalos Rampage quest, so it's a high chance you'll get an Apex Blaze Sac.

What Are Apex Blaze Sacs Used For?

Apex Blaze Sac is primarily used in the crafting of Decorations. Specifically, you will need two of them to craft the Critical Jewel 2 decoration. This jewel is used in many endgame builds, as it grants one level of Critical Boost.
