Storm.EU joins Millenium

The all-star European roster has found a new home in Millenium.

A week after announcing their departure from Team Vitality, Tom "Tommey" Trewen , Callum "Swanny" Swan, Dylan "MadCat" Daly and Jordan "Jurd" Crowley have revealed their new home for the Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 season, Millenium.

Millenium, the renowned French organisation, have successfully managed to snap up the European dream team, despite facing competition from several rival organisations. Team captain, Tommey stated he was glad the team were able to quickly resolve the situation and get their focus back onto qualifying for the CWL.

Unfortunately, this announcement may disappoint fans of the #GreenWall, who were hoping for an OpTic Gaming European division. Nevertheless, we’re sure this popular roster will quickly amass a huge following.

Tommey’s full statement can be found below:

As you all know, Swanny, MadCat, Jurd and myself left Vitality a few days ago due to the restrictions and rules in place for the CoD World League (only one team per region under an organisation) and with Vitality having two, it meant one had to go.

After we parted ways we had a lot of contact from various different organisations and after a long talks with the managers, we've decided to join Millenium. I'm glad all of this has been sorted quickly because now we can get back to focusing on playing and qualifying for the European league next month. I just want to say a big thank you to Fabien, Nico and Kevin for the last year and I wish them well with their new team.
