As Season 4 of Modern Warfare and Warzone enters its second half, Infinity Ward has revealed that there will be a double XP weekend for players to reach the maximum officer rank and to get any weapons to their maximum level.
With a new playlist update released just in time to make the most of this weekend, there are many ways to get the most out of a double XP weekend.

Utilise Tokens
Using tokens during a double XP weekend is the perfect opportunity to earn four times the normal amount of XP.
Prior to jumping into a multiplayer game or dropping into Verdansk, activate a double XP token to double the amount of XP on top the double XP already live and reach the maximum Officer rank in no time at all.
Once at the highest Officer rank, all of the Season 4 challenges will be available to complete for additional sums of XP and to earn some exclusive cosmetics that can only be earned by completing the challenges.

The recent changes to the Modern Warfare playlist introduced a Cheshire Park 24/7 playlist. This new addition comes just in time for players to amass millions of XP points over a weekend of high-octane action.
Along with Cheshire Park 24/7, Dirty Old House Boat is still a great playground to earn a lot of XP in no time at all. Selecting the right playlist is the key to rising to the highest rank as quickly as possible.
Be sure to play the objective to rank up the most score and get as many kills as you can.

Alongside double XP, double weapon XP has also gone live, meaning there is no better time to unlock all attachments for all weapons within Modern Warfare and Warzone.
Reaching the maximum rank with each weapon may not seem like much of an advantage in Modern Warfare but in Warzone with an ever-changing metagame, having all attachments available for all weapons enables players to create the best loadout for whatever the best weapon in the game may be.
