HDR Modern Warfare Loadout, Setup And Best Attachments For Your Class

The HDR is in a closely contested debate between itself and the AX-50 as the best Modern Warfare weapon.

Unlocked at level 11, its low muzzle velocity makes it ridiculously efficient in long-range engagements.

With nearly maximum accuracy and range statistics, it is important to equip the right attachments to complement your style of play.

Here's the best HDR loadout for Modern Warfare.

Class 1 – Total Stealth

The first class offers a lot of damage while concealing your position from the opposition.

Attachments

• Lightweight Suppressor (Muzzle)
• Variable Zoom Scope (Optic)
• FTAC Hunter-Scout (Stock)
• Focus (Perk)
• 7 Round Mags (Ammunition)

Providing a lot of aiming stability with some extra bullets in the clip, this attachment set is perfect to pick off enemies without alerting more to your whereabouts on the map.

Perks

• Cold Blooded (Perk 1)
• Ghost (Perk 2)
• Battle Hardened (Perk 3)

Remain hidden from any opposition AI killstreaks or UAVs by combining ghost and cold blooded together.

Grenades

• Proximity Mines (Lethal)
• Smoke Grenade (Tactical)

Use the proxy mine to defend your location from any aggressive enemies. The smoke can be used in a number of ways but the best one we have found is to throw it at your feet and peek the edges to take down any opportunistic enemies.

Field Upgrades

• Munitions Box

Use the munitions box to resupply on ammo and an additional proxy mine when you’ve used the first one.

Killstreaks

• UAV (4 Kills)
• Wheelson (7 Kills)
• Advanced UAV (12 Kills)

This streak combination supports you and your team in equal measures. Both UAVs assist your fellow teammates in tracking down the enemy while the wheelson can be used to clear out a hotly contested area of the map.

Class 2 – Maximum Attack

Class number two is for the more aggressive players. Perfect for scoring quick eliminations in action-packed areas of the map.

Attachments

• FTAC Stalker-Scout (Stock)
• Recon (Perk)
• 9 Round Mags (Ammunition

Offering a clear image of the opposition at close ranges, this attachment set is great for snipers that prefer to catch enemies off guard by their more aggressive style of sniping.

Perks

• Overkill (Perk 1)
• Hardline (Perk 2)
• Spotter (Perk 3)

Have an assault rifle or a strong SMG in the back pocket by running overkill as the first perk. Spotter is perfect for being more aggressive, giving you the ability to see any nasty surprises that could be lurking around a corner or in a dark area.

Grenades

• Semtex (Lethal)
• Stim (Tactical)

Choice of lethal equipment is entirely down to personal preference. Using stim is perfect to stay in the action for longer thanks to the ability to quickly regenerate your health at a much faster rate.

Field Upgrades

• Stopping Power Rounds

Guarantee the kill with ammunition that further increases the damage output. The enemy has no chance if they get hit with an HDR round with extra bite!

Killstreaks

• Personal Radar (3 Kills)
• Cruise Missile (5 Kills)
• VTOL Jet (8 Kills)

This streak combination is low-scoring but it can still be used to gain even more kills next to your name on the scoreboard.

Class 3 – Quick-Scope Expert

The third and final class for this guide is aimed at quick-scopers in mind.

Attachments

• Muzzle Brake (Muzzle)
• 26.9” HDR Pro (Barrel)
• FTAC Champion (Stock)
• Sleight of Hand (Perk)
• Tac Laser (Laser)

These attachments increase the aim down sight (ADS) speed as much as possible, giving you the best chance to react quickly in a gunfight.

Perks

• Quick Fix (Perk 1)
• Pointman (Perk 2)
• Tracker (Perk 3)

To hit those flashy plays, it is likely that you will be near an objective. Capture it and hit your shots to regenerate your health without having to bail out of the action.

Grenades

• Throwing Knife (Lethal)
• Stim (Tactical)

Hitting quad-feeds not quite cutting the mustard? Add some flair to your clips by adding a throwing knife to scalp any opponents standing in your way.

Field Upgrades

• Dead Silence

This is the best way to get behind enemy lines and position yourself to get those game-changing plays.

Killstreaks

• UAV (4 Kills)
• Precision Airstrike (5 Kills)
• Emergency Airdrop (8 Kills)

The aggressive playstyle might not pay off when going for quick-scopes so use the emergency airdrop to get your hands on some of the streaks that are higher up the chain.
