CDL 2020: London Formally Reveal Branding - The London Royal Ravens


Team branding and rosters are finally falling into place ahead of the start of the 2020 Call of Duty League (CDL) season. The London franchise have officially revealed their branding and will be known as the London Royal Ravens for the Modern Warfare season.

The roster of Bradley "Wuskin" Marshall, Dylan Henderson, Jordan "Jurd" Crowley, Matty "Skrapz" Marshall and Rhys "Rated" Price was the first roster to be completed by any of the 12 CDL franchise teams. The team will be managed by Team Dignitas founder and esports veteran Michael "ODEE" O'Dell.

In a press release, ReKTGlobal, owners of the London Royal Ravens said the team name "stems from the legend of the Tower ravens where it is said that the kingdon and the Tower of London will fall if the six resident ravens ever leave the Tower. There are seven ravens at the Tower today - the required six and one to spare.

"The London Royal Ravens represent the guardians of London, In remaining true to the legend, the Royal Ravens will protect their crown by ensuring the kingdom doesn't fall and that they bring the championship title back to the homeland.
