Season 2 of Black Ops Cold War is underway and thanks to a much-needed dose of weapon balancing, several weapons have skyrocketed in popularity including the QBZ-83 assault rifle.
As a fully-automatic rifle, the weapon has an impressive amount of mobility and handling
This rifle is based on the Type 95 rifle, which was developed by the Chinese between 1989 and 1991, towards the very end of the Cold War.
If you're looking to use this weapon for yourself, here is the ultimate QBZ-83 loadout!
The strong mobility enables players to fully utilise the QBZ-83 in a variety of scenarios, whether it’s up close and personal with the opposition or putting down some fire at longer distances.
When firing the first few rounds, the recoil can be difficult to control but during sustained fire, the kick does calm down to more manageable levels.
It can be tricky to take down a target from long distances but up close and in mid-range encounters, very few weapons can contend with the QBZ.
