Call of Duty Black Ops 4 DLC 3: Operation Apocalypse Z July 30th Update and New Content Inbound


The next phase of Operation Apocalypse Z will begin on August 6th, which is part of Black Ops 4 DLC 3, with new game modes and even more customisation options to the game. It's an exciting addition as we prepare ourselves for Black Ops 4 DLC 4. Announcing on Reddit, Treyarch have revealed the next batch of content for Black Ops 4 amid rumours of Jason Blundell reportedly leaving the company.

Multiplayer

Popular mode Prop Hunt returns to Multiplayer as a limited time playlist along with Barebones Moshpit. Barebones Moshpit combines Barebones Deathmatch Moshpit with Barebones Objective Moshpit to offer a comprehensive variety of modes and a more basic gameplay experience. Infected is also set to make a return with new "game-changing twists" to keep both teams battling to the very end.

New Contraband rewards are heading to the Black Market. There will be a brand new Ultra Weapon Bribe, new Epic outfits for Specialists, Gestures, Camos and more as the next half of Operation Apocalypse Z gets underway.

Blackout

There is plenty of brand new Blackout content to get stuck into over the next few weeks. New mode Pandemic will see 80 players battle for survival against an "endless swarm of undead at the end of the world" Grab your squad and get running! In addition to Pandemic, a new sidecar-equipped motorbike will be the latest addition to the list of vehicles that can be found on the map. There will also be more Zombies-inspired Easter eggs located within the map, new Wonder Weapons to take down new enemies and the opposition.

Zombies

After the successful release of Alpha Omega at the beginning of Operation Apocalypse Z, the Alpha Omega Ganutlet is the latest challenge to arrive. Take on 30 rounds of new challenges at Camp Edward in the latest gauntlet for Zombies fans.

Known Issues & Improvements

This update fixes a recent issue in Zombies where players were unable to pick up the Shield piece that could appear on the bookshelf in the Library in “Dead of the Night” – thanks to the community for the reports. We’re also tracking several issues and improvements for the future, including (not limited to):
