What Is It?
The Witcher: Monster Slayer is a game where you have to study, hunt and slay monsters from the Witcher universe.
A similar concept to that of Pokemon Go, but darker, keeping with The Witcher theme.
The game is based in augmented reality and involves players tracking monsters down in the real world.
Here is the official description of the game:
"The Witcher: Monster Slayer is a location-based augmented-reality RPG that challenges you to become a professional monster hunter. Venture out into the world around you and use your mobile device to track witcher-world monsters that roam close-by. Track these monsters and prepare for combat using time of day, weather conditions, and your witcher knowledge to gain an advantage on your quest to becoming an elite monster slayer."

The Witcher: Monster Slayer launch date is expected to be revealed later this year.
A price hasn't been revealed yet but we don't expect it to be expensive, that is if it does cost anything at all.
CD Projekt might take the same route as other augmented reality mobile games and be free with in-app purchases.
The Witcher: Monster Slayer will be available on Android and iOS devices.
