How To Get The Secret UFO Tattoo In GTA Online
First, you’ll have to get the Alien Egg. This item can only be obtained after having completed at least 600 resupply missions from your Gunrunning Bunker. The game won’t let you easily track this number in-game, so start counting from now unless you for certain know how many you’ve done before!
Once that’s been done, you’ll have to do another resupply mission between 9 PM and 11 PM in-game. Hopefully, you’ll load into a mission that will give you the Alien Egg.
Next up you’ll have to wait for a day where it is raining, a thunderstorm or if it's snowing in GTA Online. Once you're got the right weather conditions, you'll need to make sure you're playing when it's 1 AM and 4 AM (in-game time, not normal time).
If these criteria are met, go to a nightclub and pass out from drinking a Macbeth Whisky Shot. You just need to keep drinking them until you blackout.
You then may randomly spawn at the top of Mount Chiliad, with a UFO tattoo to commemorate your encounter and a UFO in the sky in front of you.
