While Fallout 4 is constantly receiving new mods that bring interesting things like improved security, useful plant life and even terrifying mechanised troops to The Commonwealth, sometimes you can’t beat delving back into Fallout New Vegas.

After all, with explosive enemies to avoid, TVs to watch and alien invasions to fight off, the Mojave has plenty to keep you entertained while you wait for Starfield or Skyblivion to finally arrive.

If you’ve just started a fresh playthrough and are hot in pursuit of everyone’s favourite head-shooting casino bosses, a new mod, which gives you an extra reward for taking him out of the card game over control of Hoover Dam, might be worth taking a look at.

Fancy chilling in a luxurious crib while you take over New Vegas?

The mod in question is called ‘Casa De New Vegas’ and is the work of modder Diegonom, whose previous work has brought various new faction-themed abodes to the Mojave and even switched Raul’s shack out for a home fit for an old gunslinger.

This time, they’ve decided to erect a swanky private estate north of New Vegas, for Benny, which, according to the mod’s description, post-nuclear Matthew Perry uses for scheming away from Mr House’s prying eyes.

That said, the house likely won’t be in his possession for long thanks to his mistake back in Goodsprings, with the key to it being available for you to grab from a table behind Yes Man once you’ve given Benny a fatal kick in the head or scared him off to Fortification Hill.

Inside your new digs, you’ll find all of the comforts you might be used to from your other residences across Nevada, including ample space to store items like weapons and plenty of crafting stations, plus some more unusual features you can unlock by spending some of your hard-earned caps.

The most eye-catching of these unique additions is called ‘Party Time’ and gives you a chance to spawn in groups of faction NPCs, such as Chairmen from The Tops or Kings gang members, via the phone in the house's bedroom.

Ended by activating a broom, these parties won't feature any unique conversation, but should certainly help you roleplay as a New Vegas big shot.

Regardless of whether you’re currently pretending not to hear Mr House texting you orders over the sound of a booming Frank Sinatra ballad, make sure to follow us for more updates on interesting mods like this one for Skyrim and Cyberpunk 2077.
