YouTube and Twitch Creators Remember Technoblade
In the statement from Technoblade, the creator said: “if I had another 100 lives, I think I would choose to be Technoblade every single time, as those were the happiest years of my life.”
Meanwhile, his father offered some insight into how the video had come together, saying that Technoblade struggled to write it, leading his father to tell him: “Alex, you don’t have to do anything else, you’ve done so much for so many people, millions of people, and if you want to now, you can rest. But if you want to write one last video and you’re waiting for things to get a little better, don’t wait.”
Esports personality Jake Lucky shared an additional statement from the family also featured in the video, on Twitter, which began: “We, the family of Technoblade, wanted all of you to know just how much he adored and respected his fans and colleagues.”
It went on to eulogise the YouTuber and encourage fans to respect the privacy of both him and his family.
A host of other creators have posted tributes to Technoblade, including streamer Ludwig Ahgren, who said: “I’ve been rewatching Technoblade’s (content) for the past hour. He was so witty and so humble even in the toughest of times. I’ll always look up to him.”
Meanwhile, fellow YouTuber Jacksepticeye referred to Technoblade as “an absolute legend in the community whose influence was felt far and wide” in his post.
An array of other internet personalities also offered testimonials to Technoblade, who it seems will be greatly missed by many people.
