Minecraft Dungeons Season Pass: Release Date, DLC, Price and More

Minecraft Dungeons has recently launched crossplay, so players across PS4, Xbox One and Switch!

The dungeon crawler game based around the Minecraft universe was one of the best surprise releases of 2020, and it is going from strength to strength. 

With the game having a tight-knit community, it appears it is about to get even closer with the release of more DLC.

Mojang has announced a brand new Season Pass coming to Dungeons soon.

Here's all you need to know! 

Howling Peaks 

The new DLC pack is going to be called Howling Peaks, as noted on the blog post put out by Mojan.

This is the beginning of a set of four DLC's going to be released for Minecraft Dungeons in the coming months.

Players will have the ability to get all four of these if they purchase the new Season Pass.

Here's a note from Mojan regarding the first DLC! 

The Howling Peaks DLC is an action-packed trek to the mountain top that features dazzling new armour, weapons, and artifacts.

Of course, new enemies such as the Squall Golem and Mountaineer await along the way as well – no one said it would be easy!

Atop it all is the source of the stormy conflict, the Tempest Golem that has been corrupted by a shard from the Orb of Dominance.

Release Date

The Season Pass and the Howling Peaks DLC will be purchasable on December 9th, 2020! 

Price

No price is known as of now for the Seaosn Pass or the individual DLC.

We can assume we will find out when they release on the ninth of December!
