Is Spider-Man 2 Coming To PS4?

Ultimately, that answer is no. As stated in the below tweet, Insomniac's confirmed this'll be exclusive to PS5, ruling out a PS4 launch. That's not particularly surprising as by the time Spider-Man 2 launches in 2023, there's a high chance Sony will have abandoned developing games for their last-gen console.

Is Spider-Man 2 Coming To Xbox?

No. Sony bought out Insomniac Games back in 2019 and incorporated them into PlayStation Studios, meaning any future titles are all-but-guaranteed to skip Microsoft's consoles. As such, don't expect to see Spider-Man 2 on Xbox One or Xbox Series X|S.

Is Spider-Man 2 Coming To PC?

At this time, Insomniac's only confirmed Spider-Man 2 coming to PS5. However, it's worth noting that Sony's recently made a stronger push towards PC gaming, having acquired PC porting studio Nixxes Software.

So far, we've seen them bring Horizon Zero Dawn, Days Gone, Predator: Hunting Grounds and the upcoming Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves collection to PC, so while it's currently unconfirmed, Spider-Man 2 could eventually make the jump. Should that happen, we'll keep you informed.
