Paper Mario The Origami King: All Confirmed Partners In The New Paper Mario Game For Nintendo Switch

With Paper Mario: The Origami King being an RPG, you can expect to recruit new members to your party as the game progresses.

These partners look to be included on the overworld, and we'd expect them to help out in combat, too.

Here are all the confirmed partners we know of so far.

In the game's trailer, we spotted the following:

• Olivia - King Olly's sister trying to stop his plans
• Bobby Bob-Omb - Bobby has lost his memory
• Kamek - Bowser's minion
• Koopa
• Folded Bowser
• Professor Toad - a professor of ancient history
• Bowser Jr
• Luigi

The game's Chinese trailer (which has since been deleted) also clearly shows Toad as a partner in the game.

It's unclear how exactly the partners will work and play a part in this latest game. However, we can assume it will operate similar to previous instalments as there is a clear opportunity to use them during battles.

With the new Ring-Based Battle System, it's difficult to predict how partners will contribute to this.
