Paper Mario: The Origami King has introduced one of the most inventive mechanics since the franchise inception called the 1000 Fold arms
These extendable arms come in handy as Mario peels, pulls and interacts with objects in the world.
Here's how to use them.
How To Use The 1000 Fold Arms In Paper Mario: The Origami King
First, you'll need to find a circle with a hand sign on it - this sometimes isn't always present and may require to find it to activate it.
This can be hidden in objects that you may need to move, break or interact with. A golden triangle will appear and create a circle
To activate the 1000-fold arms, press X on your Joycons or controller.
Once activated, you can move the 1,000-fold arms using the motion controls.
To interact with the object, use ZL and ZR. Then use the motion controls to move the object.
If you need to start again, press R to reset your arms. If you want to stop, press B to cancel.
You can use this in a variety of ways, including in battles against boss fights.
