Online games heavily rely on the internet to run, except if it’s played via LAN of course. But by default, you should have a good internet connection to run those, including Riot Games’ League of Legends (LoL).

When you run LoL on PC, it is ideal to have a ping of 100 or below. If it somehow exceeds, then it may not run smoothly and could affect the experience of other players. So, it is important that you can see your game’s ping from time to time.

How To Show Ping In League Of Legends

Showing your ping alongside the FPS is really easy to do in League of Legends.

All you need to do is simply press “Ctrl + F” and it will automatically show your ping and FPS performance on screen. Easy, right?


How To Fix If Ping Is Not Showing In League of Legends

Now if there would be any instance that your ping won’t show in League of Legends by doing the method above, then you should do the steps below.

Log in first to the game client and find the gear icon located on the top-right corner of the screen. Choose the Hotkeys option and select In-game.

Scroll down to find the Display section and choose it. Look for the cell that says “Ctrl + F” and select it. It will immediately launch the keybinding allocation.


Choose the key binding you want to use and click Save afterward. Finish by selecting Done.
