League of Legends: How To Get Chests

One of the main ways how you can get items and other valuable stuff in League of Legends is by opening chests.

But of course, before you may do so, you must first get those. And in any case that you may not know how to get these chests in the game, then we’re glad to help you with that.

With that being said, here’s how to get chests in League of Legends.

How To Get Chests In League of Legends

Whenever you enter and play matches in League of Legends, you will be rewarded with Hextech Chests if you finished with an S minus ranking or higher.

Although you can do this even if it’s not a ranked match, you still need to enter proper matchmaking, and fighting with bots would be invalid for this one.

You can also obtain chests if you entered a game via a pre-constructed group and one of your teammates would have an S minus ranking or higher (even if it’s not you who had that rank).

Another one is by purchasing those. You may head to the in-game store and select the Loot tab. Type-in Hextech Chest in the search bar which will direct you to the option to buy chests. It would cost you 125 Riot Points (RP) to be able to nab one.

Bundles are also available for purchase. You might want to take a look at those to save RP.

• 195 RP – one Hextech Chest and one Hextech Key
• 975 RP – five Hextech Chests, five Hextech Keys, and 50 Orange Essence
• 1950 RP – 11 Hextech Chests and 11 Hextech Keys
