The next League of Legends patch is right around the corner already! We just had the launch of Patch 12.14, which continued the new Star Guardian Event. Following that up, League of Legends Patch 12.15 brings some new content to the game.
At the moment this patch is on PBE in it's early iterations. There's going to be some new skins added to the game and balance changes surely to come.

When Does League of Legends Patch 12.15 Release?
While there hasn't been a specific date announced by Riot for this patch, we do know when it should be out. According to the Patch Release schedule, League of Legends Patch 12.15 should release on August 10, 2022.
Servers should begin patching at 3 AM PST, and last around three hours. Once 6 AM PST rolls around, players should patch their clients. Once this happens, players will have access to the new content.
League of Legends 12.15 Patch Notes
At this point, there aren't any official patch notes availble. What we have so far are new skins that are being tested on the PBE. Following up the Star Guardian Event skins, we have Monster Tamer skins. Here are the champions getting these skins.
We also know that there will be a few new Chromas added, as well as emotes and summoner's icons. There's a bunch of new TFT Little Legends being tested out as well.
At the moment there are no balance changes that are being tested on PBE, but we expect that over the next week, any balance changes will show up.
As more changes become available and official patch notes are posted, we'll keep you posted on all of it.
