The Last of Us 2 Gameplay To Be Shown Off At State of Play Tomorrow

The Last of Us 2 finally launches on June 19, meaning we're less than a month from being able to step into Naughty Dog's latest post-apocalyptic epic – and we'll get to see more of it tomorrow, May 27.

As confirmed by Naughty Dog on Twitter, they'll "be sharing another glimpse into #TheLastofUsPartII and an all-new extended gameplay sequence on State of Play. Don't miss it."

The presentation will air at 9 pm UK time.

The PlayStation Blog also confirmed that fans can expect "a little more than 20 minutes, ending with an extended sequence showing off about eight minutes of never-before-seen gameplay".

The stream will be presented by Naughty Dog Vice President and Game Director Neil Druckmann.

Sony was also quick to confirm that the presentation will focus entirely on The Last of Us Part II – so don't expect PlayStation 5 updates.

Given that some major story leaks occurred over the last few weeks, we'd suggest turning off the chat on the stream if you're trying to avoid spoilers.

While State of Play streams haven't tended to stick to any schedule, this one is happening less than two weeks after the Ghost of Tsushima gameplay deep dive.
