Is Just Dance 2022 Coming To Nintendo Switch?

Ubisoft's Just Dance 2022 is currently one of the best party games out there. The game has long been out for many platforms for over a year. Is this game available on the Nintendo Switch?

Yes It Is!

During the Ubisoft's E3 show, the developers announced that Just Dance 2022 will be released for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. Many fans were worried as Ubisoft only showed two consoles that'll receive this upcoming Just Dance title.

However, the official Ubisoft site lists that the upcoming Just Dance 2022 will also be available on other platforms such as Google Stadia, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S and even the Nintendo Switch.

Joycons Are Enough

For a popular title, the Just Dance series requires players to own a camera for their console to register the player's dance moves. However, Nintendo Switch's Joycons are equipped with own camera that allows players to go for camera-reliant titles like Just Dance even when far from a living room setting.

On release, Just Dance 2022 needs to be bought and it should be ready to play unless Nintendo and Ubisoft announces a peripheral that'll be need to make the game work.

Songs Confirmed So Far

Along with the reveal, Ubisoft is slowly revealing the songs that will be available in Just Dance 2022. So far, the confirmed songs for this game are:

  • Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F) - Katy Perry
  • Funk - Meghan Trainor
  • China - Anuel AA, Daddy Yankee, Karol G Ft. Ozuna, J Balvin
  • Run The World (Girls) - Beyoncé
  • Level Up - Ciara
  • Believer - Imagine Dragons

Ubisoft's Just Dance entries tend to have massive libraries for songs that players can dance to. On release, Just Dance 2022 may have few songs but it'll be sure to grow in size up until the next entry arrives.
