A new month is fast approaching, and that means there’ll be some additions to Xbox Game Pass for May 2022, including new games coming to the subscription service, and some being removed.
There are over 100 stellar games on Game Pass already, but that doesn’t stop a wide variety of games being brought to both consoles and PC in this next month, as per Microsoft’s usual ways. We’re especially looking forward to the day one release of Trek To Yomi and older games like Sniper Elite 5. These titles add to some that have launched in the last week of April, like the long-awaited Bugsnax. These will more than make up for any games being removed from the service.

Games Coming To Game Pass In May 2022
There are many new games confirmed for release in May:

- Little Witch - May 17
- Umurangi Generation SE - May 17
- Farming Sim 22 - May 19
- Vampire Survivors - May 19
- Floppy Knights - May 24
- Hardspace: Shipbreaker - May 24
- Sniper Elite 5 - May 26
- Cricket 22 - May 27
- Pac-Man Museum+ - May 27

Games Leaving Game Pass In May 2022
During each month, there are often games that are removed from the service as well as added. There is some notice given though, they aren’t instantaneous.
Here are the games slated to be leaving on May 31:
- EA Sports NHL - Console
- Farming Simulator 19 - Console, Cloud and PC
- Knockout City - EA Play - Console and PC
- Resident Evil 7 Biohazard - Console, Cloud and PC
- Spellforce 3: Soul Harvest - PC
- Superhot Mind Control Delete - Console, Cloud and PC
- Yes Your Grace - Console, Cloud and PC
On May 15, a few games left Game Pass across all platforms:
- Enter The Gungeon
- Final Fantasy X/X2 HD Remaster
- Remnant: From The Ashes
- Steep
- The Catch: Carp and Coarse
- The Wild At Heart
When Will Xbox Game Pass May 2022 Be Announced?
Xbox doesn’t announce all their games ahead of a month’s Game Pass roster, they tend to be drip-fed across a few weeks. Keep an eye on their Twitter page, as this is where a lot of their announcements are made. It’s likely that we’ll get some more news in the first few days of May as to what else is coming to the service.
