Looking to find out what's coming in League of Legends 12.20? Like clockwork, Riot's newest League of Legends patch is right around the corner, and we have all the details about the patch. This patch comes out right in the midst of Worlds, though any changes won't affect the event.
This patch brings the usual skin spread, and various balance changes to champions and items, though there shouldn't be too much happening given that we're so close to the end of the season.

When does League of Legends 12.20 release?
While there hasn't been an official announcement for the release date of Patch 12.20, we do know when it will launch. According to the League of Legends patch schedule, the patch will go live on October 19, 2022.
The patches usually go live at 3AM PST, and patching usually lasts around three hours. Once the game patches, you should be able to log into the new content.
League of Legends 12.20 patch notes
At the moment, we don't have exact official patch notes for League of Legends 12.20. While the patch is currently on PBE and the 2023 Preseason changes are on this PBE patch cycle there's almost no chance that these changes will be in 12.20. League of Legends 12.20 Skins
As with a lot of the League of Legends patches, we have a new set of skins that are coming to the game. Given the time of year, we are getting more additions to the Bewitching skin line. Here are the champions getting Bewitching skins
- Bewitching Senna
- Bewitching Aniva
- Bewitching Casseopeia
- Bewitching LeBlanc
- Bewitching Neeko
We also could be getting a new Malzahar skin, There Honors Malzahar, which is the reward for reaching Honor rank 5. Each of the Bewitching skins is also getting chromas as well as emotes and summoner's icons.
