There are many theories about who will appear in Hogwarts Legacy. Many characters in the Harry Potter series live a long time, which is easy to overlook. In the late 1800s, one of the people who were admitted to Hogwarts was Albus Dumbledore.

Is Dumbledore in Hogwarts Legacy?

Most likely. NPCs are sure to be a part of the main story in Hogwarts Legacy. Avalanche has told us that the game will occur in the late 1800s but has kept quiet about the exact time period. In 1892, Dumbledore first enrolled at this magnificent school of Witchcraft and Wizardry, so there is definitely a chance he'll show during the game.

Here's a video discussing some of the names that could be in the game:

A dark legacy overshadowed the name of Dumbledore when he joined Hogwarts in 1892. Dumbledore's father, Percival, had just been imprisoned in Azkaban for protecting Albus' sister from three Muggle boys. Dumbledore became close friends with Ellphia Doge, Bathilda Bagshot, and Nicolas Flamel as a young wizard.

The names listed above are also possible candidates. Now let's get to the important part, what if YOU got to play alongside Dumbledore? That would be a great feature and a great way to learn the game. There may even be some Fantastic Beasts characters present.

In the meantime, we continue based on what we now know, and we hope to discover more information in due course. I may join the Gryffindor house because of this, but I'm still partial towards Slytherin.
