Hitman Trilogy Launches on Xbox Game Pass Next Week


IO Interactive has announced today the Hitman Trilogy collection. Containing the full World of Assassination Trilogy - Hitman 1, Hitman 2 and Hitman 3 respectively - Agent 47's reboot is also coming to Xbox Game Pass, PC Game Pass and Game Pass Ultimate.

Revealed during Hitman 3's Year Two stream earlier today, IO Interactive issued this statement:

Now that the trilogy is complete, we’re excited to unveil HITMAN Trilogy as a way for new players to get started in the World of Assassination. This collection brings together HITMAN 1, HITMAN 2 and HITMAN 3 into a single package, making it easier than ever to take your first steps to becoming Agent 47.

Hitman Trilogy Launches on Xbox Game Pass Next Week

Detailed in a blog post, today's stream was filled with new reveals. Shedding some further light on PC VR, raytracing for PC players and Elusive Target Arcade, they also unveiled a new single-player mode called Freelancer, letting you choose which order you'll play missions in. That arrives in Spring 2022.

While you can currently buy each game individually, Hitman Trilogy isn't an Xbox exclusive. That launches for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Steam and Epic Games Store on January 20th, 2022. We'll keep you informed as we learn more.
