Season 7 for the Halo Master Chief Collection is here, bringing with it many new features for all the old classic Halo games.

To start, Halo 3 is receiving many new armor sets, coming fresh from Halo Online to the MCC "providing a fresh coat of paint for those that wish to do battle against the heretics."
There are also seven new Energy Sword colors to choose from.
The Champions Bundle is making a return to MCC, after being released back in 2013 as part of Halo 4.
Halo Reach's armor effect will also be making its way into Halo 4.
Two new maps are making their way to the MCC, the first which debuted in season 6 "Waterfall", and a Halo Online original "Edge" are now available in the day-to-day rotation.
Some weapon skins are returning for Halo 4 and will be available to unlock through the season pass.
There are also some new vehicle skins coming to Halo: Combat Evolved.
Halo MCC Season 7 Elite: New Maps, Cosmetics, And Seasonal Rewards
While season 7 brings many changes and cosmetics to the game that will be permanent features of the MCC, there is also timed content players will want to unlock while they still can.
The first limited item players will want to pick up is the VII Keystone helmet for Halo 4, which can be picked up in the Exchange starting today for free.
There are brand new nameplates to unlock, alongside an energy sword, Tech suit, and Battle Rifle skin for players who want to push themselves a bit more.
There are new social updates making it easier to find crew for Firefight game modes for both Halo Reach and ODST.
There are new tools being added for modding in Halo: Combat Evolved, and are available to all PC players even if they don't own the game.
Halo Master Chief Collection Season 7 is quite large and brings with it a lot of new features for all types of games under the collection.
