343 Industries Reveals Halo Infinite Competitive Settings

For now, here is what is expected of the Halo Infinite Competitive Settings:

  • BR75 starts
  • Motion Tracker disabled
  • Grenade Hitmarkers disabled
  • Slayer, CTF, Strongholds, and Oddball
  • Friendly Fire will be turned on.
  • Weapons, equipment, and grenades on maps will be set on static spawners, meaning they will always appear in the same location on each map and mode combination and will respawn at the same intervals.

Interestingly enough, the Halo Infinite Competitive Settings will also ensure that players won’t respawn with Secondary Weapons when they die, as 343 Industries wants everyone to hunt down for weapons, adding a more survival element to the game.

We’re sure that hardcore Halo players will be more than fine with these Competitive Settings, as it will make future games more exciting once they officially start.
