Half-Life 2: Remastered Collection Is Releasing On Steam Soon

A Half-Life 2: Remastered Collection is due to release on Steam soon with the package set to contain the second entry, along with the two episodes that followed.

The collection, however, has not been produced by Valve directly. Instead, it is a fan-made render.

But, it seems like the remaster has been developed with Valve's consent, given the fact that the collection has been registered on the Steam Database.

The same team working on the collection is reported to be similar to the talent that generated the Half-Life 2: Update mod. The aforementioned remaster is likely to incorporate a variety of visual and audio enhancements, similar to those developed for the free update mod.

Half-Life 2: Remastered Collection currently has no release date yet, but it should launch very soon.
