Speculated Character

Before its release, many fans are already speculating that a character from the Story Mode will be the next DLC character. So far, two new characters in the story mode have fought during its whole run.

One of the is Goldlewis Dickinson who is considered to be the right hand man of President Vernon. In the story, Dickinson is a large man that wields a large coffin in battle. The coffin is adorned with warning signs and an Area 51 nameplate. This character is also seen erecting a massive barrier using the coffin and swinging the weapon like a massive flail.

The other character is a main villain named Happy Chaos. This character's role in the story is providing and assisting I-no in accomplishing her goal in resetting the world with a godly power. Prior to this appearance, it is confirmed that Happy Chaos was the mentor of previous main villain, Asuka R Kreutz, and holds a portion of I-no's powers.

On his own, Happy Chaos is capable of using magic to copy apperances, brainwash people into his bidding and has two revolvers to shoot people with. As a villain, Happy Chaos does not care for morality and only cares if the outcome of his actions will be fun and dramatic.
