To get the Yiga Armor in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom, you'll first need to set off to Hateno. Namely, make your way to the north-east of the region, looking for a specific lab. This is called the Akkala Ancient Tech lab - remember the name!
Once you arrive at the Akkala Ancient Tech lab, you'll need to very politely knock on the door. You'll be greeted by two Yiga Clan members inside the lab, who you'll need to defeat before proceeding.
Once those grunts are down, you can go straight in and pick up the Yiga Armor. That's it - no need to spend your currency or toil through dungeons! Simply head into the lab, take out any foes, and the Yiga Armor is yours.
