- Next, attach two rockets to the platform to make it fly up.
- When you are higher than the tower, jump off the platform and use the paraglider to reach the platform on top of the tower.
- Stand underneath the platform and move it a little.
- After a short cutscene starts, go back to the tower and talk to Billison again.
