How to unlock Alejandro Operator
Like most other Operators available in Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2, Alejandro is incredibly straightforward to obtain. This particular Operator features as part of the Battle Pass, meaning all you need to do is purchase it.
You can choose to purchase the standard bundle for 1100 COD Points or invest in the BlackCell which contains plenty of other exclusive content alongside Alejandro.

If Alejandro appears at the start of the Battle Pass, he'll be available to use in multiplayer and the battle royale immediately. If not, you'll need to work towards the specified sector by playing matches.
