November 29, 2022: With Warzone 2 Season One Reloaded on the horizon, we've adjusted our tier list to reflect the most popular loadouts in the battle royale.

The best Warzone 2 loadouts are constantly changing in Call of Duty's latest battle royale offering. Thanks to Infinity Ward's regular doses of weapon balancing, guns that feature in the meta one week may fall by the wayside in favour of other rifles capable of dealing even more damage.

With Season One in full swing, players continue to drop into Al Mazrah with a variety of weapons making an impact in close-quarters, mid-range, and long-distance duels. Despite Warzone 2 containing an extensive arsenal, some guns always stand out from the rest of the crowd.

Before we share the best Warzone 2 loadouts to use, take a look at our other guides showcasing the best Warzone 2 landing spots and the best Warzone 2 sniper rifle to use.

RPK and Fennec 45

The first loadout is capable of excelling in mid-range and close-quarters combat. The primary weapon of choice is the RPK light machine gun (LMG). Armed with a steady rate of fire and a consistently high damage output, this is currently the best gun for mid-range engagements.

To counteract the RPK's lack of mobility, the Fennec 45 is our preferred secondary weapon. Featuring incredible mobility and a rate of fire that's hard to beat, the SMG is perfect when getting up close and personal with the opposition. M4 and Victus XMR

If the RPK doesn't float your boat and prefer some long-range firepower, the combination of the M4 and Victus XMR is arguably the best to use. The M4 comes with an impressive rate of fire and plenty of customisation options perfect for mid-range combat.

Alongside the M4 is the Victus XMR sniper rifle. Although the kick is tricky to handle, the ability to take down an opponent with a single bullet from afar is hugely advantageous. Check out the best Warzone 2 M4 loadout and the best Warzone 2 Victus XMR loadout in our handy guides.

TAQ-56 and Lachmann Sub

Last and by no means least is the pairing of the TAQ-56 assault rifle and the Lachmann Sub SMG. The TAQ-56 heavily resembles the SCAR from the previous Call of Duty titles and packs a deadly punch in those competitive mid-range battles.

For additional versatility, the Lachmann Sub brings some much-needed close-range performance which comes in handy when a player suddenly appears. For the strongest combinations for each weapon, take a look at the best Warzone 2 TAQ-56 loadout and the best Warzone 2 Lachmann Sub loadout for all the intel on the strongest attachments.
