How to get Prismarine in Minecraft Legends
There are a couple of different ways to keep your Prismarine coffers primed and ready for your next build in Minecraft Legends, but the best way is this: ridding the world of the Piglin threat.
What that means is relentlessly pressuring the Piglin bases scattered around the Overworld. If you want to farm Prismarine fast, open up the map and zoom in. This will uncover smaller mining bases scattered around the various regions that make up the in-game world.
Target these if you need a little bit more Prismarine for essential builds like the Improvement: Heal Netherrack tower.
Why the small outposts? They're really fast to complete, offer very little challenge, and aren't typically far from other small mining bases, letting you rattle through them quickly for the Prismarine boost you need to keep things going.
If you're aiming for bigger improvements - like an increase to your army size - you may want to aim a little higher. Zoom out of the map and look for the outposts of the next size up.
These won't be too much harder, but you'll need to take into consideration the featured horde type. Each one counters a specific type of mob, so you'll need to pick and choose your spawns carefully depending on the situation. Here's how they work:
- Horde of the Bastion
- These are defensive-minded Piglins. Use fast attackers and Redstone Launchers.
- Horde of the Spore
- Take plenty of healers for these. They like to knock mobs off platforms, so build helpful bridges.
- Horde of the Hunt
- Hyper-aggressive Piglins. Bring large armies and target their spawners.
Can you get Prismarine from chests?
Yes, but you'll never get much. You can head back to safe villages when their chests are full to reap the rewards, and although some will contain Prismarine, it's rarely more than 50. That'll be enough to get you one low-level improvement tower early on if you fast-travel between a few, but it won't feel like much later on.
