It's August which means the launch of a new Madden game is right around the corner. This time around, Madden 23 introduces FieldSense technology alongside the likes of Franchise Mode and Ultimate Team. As players wait to get their feet on the virtual pitch once again, some are beginning to wonder if the game will make its way to Game Pass.
Game Pass offers plenty of titles on the service, ranging from triple-A blockbusters to indie games. Game Pass Ultimate and Game Pass PC also include EA Play, giving players a chance to experience early access ahead of the game's worldwide launch.

Will Madden 23 be on Game Pass?
Madden 23 isn't making its way to Game Pass anytime soon, meaning it won't be available to play when early access begins on August 16, 2022 or the worldwide launch on August 19, 2022.
There were banner ads on the Xbox website to suggest the latest NFL game would appear on the subscription service but an EA statement to Gamespot reveals Microsoft made an error.
This is disappointing news for Ultimate subscribers but you can get a 10-hour trial thanks to your EA Play subscription.
Madden 23 Game Pass early access
Want a taste of what Madden 23 has to offer, then you're in luck. Ten hours of early access begin on August 16 through EA Play and if the game floats your boat, you can purchase the full version of the game through the Microsoft Store.
If you don't have a Game Pass Ultimate subscription, you can purchase a one-month subscription to EA Play for a reasonable £3.99.
When will Madden 23 come to Game Pass?
Based on Madden 22, there's a chance Madden 23 will make its way to Game Pass a few months after its launch. Madden 22 arrived on the subscription service in February 2022, meaning Madden 23 could arrive early next year. Maybe it will arrive in the EA Play Vault after the Super Bowl?
