Finally, after nearly two years, Scaramouche is coming as a playable character in Genshin Impact. Here are the Genshin Impact Wanderer materials that we'll need when we finally get our hands on him.
After featuring in an event, and then the Inazuma storyline, Scaramouche has amassed a large following, eager for his release. He's now had a bit of a makeover, and his playable version, the Wanderer, will release in Version 3.3 on December 7. He's an Anemo Catalyst now, and has retained the best parts of his outfit.

Genshin Impact Wanderer materials - What Scaramouche materials do I need?
Scaramouche's playable version, The Wanderer, is an Anemo character that uses a Catalyst to perform elemental and melee combat moves. Here are the materials that he will need at each level of ascension:

What are Wanderer's Talent materials?
Wanderer, AKA Scaramouche or the Balladeer, will need his own boss fight's materials to max out his talents. Other than that, he needs the Praxis talent tablets and a lot of Inazuma overworld enemy drops.

Vayuda Turquoise Gems
These gems pertain to Anemo characters and are dropped by mostly Anemo bosses, such as Anemo Hypostasis, Maguu Kenki, and the new Balladeer boss.
Rukkhashava Mushrooms
These mushrooms are native to Sumeru's jungle areas, specifically around Mawitimya Forest and the Devantaka Mountain.
Perpetual Caliber
The Perpetual Caliber is a drop from the Aeonblight Drake in Sumeru, as long as it is above level 30.
Old Handguard, Kageuchi Handguard, Famed Handguard
For these, you'll need to head to Inazuma and hunt down Kairagi and Nobushi samurai enemies on the overworld. You can craft Kageuchi and Famed handguards from the earlier phases of the item.
Teachings of, Guide to, Philosophies of Praxis
Praxis tablets are new Talent Level-Up Materials found in the Sumeru domain, Steeple of Ignorance, on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Daka's Bell
The latest weekly boss in Genshin Impact is Shouki no Kami, The Balladeer's boss fight that came in Version 3.2. This fight provides Daka's Bell, and other rewards for levelling skills past level 7.
Crowns of Insight
Used to upgrade Combat Talents from level 9 to level 10, you can get these from upgrading the Frostbearing Tree, Sacred Sakura, and Lumenstone Adjuvant, but they are often included in event rewards, too.
