Already eager to see what's coming to Genshin Impact 3.2? We've got you covered. Here's what we know about events, characters, and the release date for the next Genshin Impact patch.
Most rumours have now been confirmed as to what we can expect in Version 3.2. More new characters from the Sumeru region will release, and we'll get some really good 5-Star banners coming back to follow up on Zhongli and Venti's recent reruns.

When is the Genshin Impact 3.2 release date?
Version 3.2 will release on November 2, 2022. This is a week earlier than most previous updates as the studio is still making up for the delay between Version 2's segments.
Genshin Impact 3.2 banners - All new characters
The first half of Version 3.2 will see the release of Lesser Lord Kusanali, Nahida, as a brand new Dendro Catalyst 5-Star banner. She will be joined by a Yoimiya rerun banner. The 4-Stars are yet to be confirmed.
New character Layla, said to be a 4-Star Cryo sword user, won't be on Nahida's banner - she will instead join Yae Miko and Tartaglia on their second-half reruns.
Genshin Impact 3.2 events
First up, a rerun of the Hypostatic Symphony event - where players create teams to take on 'pure' Hypostases - will come in 3.2. There will be Dendro, Hydro, Cryo, and Pyro cubes to defeat, and different characters will get the bonuses instead of the Mondstadt-heavy cast from the first iteration.
The 'Fabulous Fungus Frenzy' is the biggest event coming in 3.2, featuring Sumeru local characters along with Inazuma's Yae Miko. This event is where we will be able to get a free Dori unit as a reward, too - following the free Collei in 3.0 and the Spiral Abyss.
There is also a rerun of the Outside the Canvas, Inside the Lens event, where players will need to take pictures in specific locations in Teyvat.
Liben's Marvellous Merchandise will also see a rerun here, so get collecting those overworld drops in order to get your hands on his mystery boxes of goodies!

A rumoured event was the 'Great Mujina Youkai'. This was supposed to involve Yoimiya and Childe, given their reruns, but it hasn't shown up on the event schedule yet.
Will there be new bosses in 3.2?
We've known about Scaramouche for a long time, and it's time for his fandango. We saw him in the 3.1 trailer, and he's in the new Archon quest. But now, finally, his boss fight will release in the next update.
Scaramouche, The Balladeer, appears to be an Electro enemy, though Cryo and Pyro attacks come into play as well. We'll need a robust and varied team to take him down! His boss fight looks formidable, and we're excited to try it. The location and story surrounding it remain a mystery for now.
Another boss opponent is coming in 3.2, this time to provide Nahida with her ascension materials: the Dendro Hypostasis.
