Genshin Impact 3.2 characters - All new characters

Hoyoverse has not confirmed any characters that are appearing in Version 3.2, these are just rumours. With that in mind, here is what community leakers have dug up so far.

The first half of Version 3.2 will likely see the release of Lesser Lord Kusanali, Nahida, as a brand new Dendro Catalyst 5-Star banner. She is rumoured to be joined by new character Layla, or Kaveh, both said to be 4-Stars. There is barely any information on both of these, so stay tuned for details!

The second-half banners are likely to start on November 18. These are rumoured to include a Tartaglia (Childe) rerun and a Yae Miko rerun. Yoimiya is also another rumoured 5-Star, though her rerun concluded recently. Yae Miko does make sense as a character, given that Raiden Shogun is also likely to get a rerun in Version 3.3.

There are no confirmed events yet for Version 3.2, but there are a couple of rumours that may prove to be true.

First up, a rerun of Liben and his Marvellous Merchandise event may be on the cards, giving players a chance to earn some gift boxes containing Primogems, XP materials, and more.

Allegedly, another newcomer will be free in an event. Following the free Collei in 3.0 and upcoming 3.1, Dori is said to be a free unit during an event in 3.2. This could be the Spiral Abyss, like Collei, or a different type of event. Note that this was a rumour from leaker Ubatcha, and details are subject to change.

Another rumoured event is the 'Great Mujina Youkai'. According to another Ubatcha leak, this will involve Childe and Yoimiya.

The premise is that Childe's younger brother asks for an item, and while searching for it, Childe protected a group of children in Inazuma from monsters. The children then went to Yoimiya with Childe in tow, becoming the 'Anti-Mujina' specialist: for anyone who's played Yoimiya's quest, this name will ring a bell, as the fictional Mujina Youkai monsters make an appearance.

This ties into the rumours of a Yoimiya rerun, though there was one not too long ago, so it isn't very likely. Either way, players will likely need to have completed her story quests to play this event.

A rumour of a rerunning event is the Hypostatic Symphony, where players create teams to take on 'pure' Hypostases. It's likely that they won't be the same elements as last time, and different characters will get the bonuses instead of the Mondstadt-heavy cast from the first iteration.

Will there be new bosses in 3.2?

We've known about Scaramouche for a long time, and he appeared in the 3.1 trailer. But now, finally, we believe his boss fight will release in the next update. Scaramouche, The Balladeer, appears to be an Electro enemy, though leaks have suggested Cryo and Pyro attacks come into play as well.

Another boss opponent is coming in 3.2, this time to provide Nahida with her ascension materials: the Dendro Hypostasis. We're not sure of its location just yet - it may come with a third Sumeru map expansion.
