Once you arrive in Beverly Hills, you can embark on a side quest called The Rav-Ages of Caustic-X. Completing this quest will lead you back to the Halperin Hotel. When you return to the hotel, there's a chance that a named zombie called the Military Courier will spawn outside the main lobby. This zombie holds the key you need to open the Military Courier Case, so you’ll need to defeat it.

However, it's worth noting that you may need to complete The Rav-Ages of Caustic-X quest first to trigger the Military Courier spawn.
