In the world of games, crossovers are very rampant, especially in today's scene. So, it wouldn't be much of a surprise if you'll see one character jump into the premises of another one, may it be formally created by the developers or by fans - just for fun.
And this is the case for GTA Online which has been known to introduce some of the craziest and most out of this world ideas when it comes to fan-made surprises. As spotted by Gamerant, Reddit u/Broozyr posted their creation featuring The Last of Us 2's Ellie as a character in GTA Online.

Fan Creates The Last Of Us 2's Ellie For GTA Online
This GTA Ellie looks very close to the original one. The hairstyle, clothing, and even the arm tattoo (though it is not the exact moth/leaves design as the original) encompasses the survivor vibe of Ellie who was known for getting her way through the apocalypse in The Last of Us 2.
As for the PC version holders of the recently-released GTA Definitive Edition Trilogy, Rockstar Games is offering one free title to compensate for the bugs that surround the game. They can choose one of these games to redeem for free up until January 5th, 2022:
