Dr. Dre's appearance in the Cayo Perico Heist.

Dr. Dre is no stranger to the GTA universe after the rapper made a brief cameo in GTA Online's Cayo Perico Heist update last year. So, the soundtrack being developed could very well be for an upcoming multiplayer expansion.

On the other hand, GTA 6's production is gaining traction, with a job listing last week hinting at the sixth episode's inclusion of destructible environments and dynamic visuals. It was previously leakedthat the next title also has an evolving map. With GTA 6 a few years off its supposed 2024/2025 release date, Dr. Dre could be preparing the soundtrack for this instalment.

However, this is all speculation and we'll inform you when we receive any updates. Other hip-hop moguls in the Wu-Tang Clan were in the gaming news last week, with the group reportedly lending their voice to a new Xbox game.
