Players can get the Vulcar Warrener HKR through GTA Online’s Southern S.A. Super Autos shop, where a number of other vehicles are also available.
For one week only (July 29 - August 5), it's also available from the LS Car Meet as the new weekly Prize Ride Challenge vehicle. That means you can get the car for free if players manage to win five Sprint races between now and August 4.
