A new event week has just started in GTA Online and a quick look at the new weekly update tells us there's plenty of new bonuses for players to pick up. That also means more money to spend and new vehicles to unlock or purchase. For the sake of this page, we're going to take a look at the Pfister Growler. This isn't a new Podium Car or Prize Ride, but simply a new car added as part of the drip-feed of content from the Los Santos Tuners DLC.

Pfister Growler Review
The Pfister Growler was released in August 2021 as part of the Los Santos Tuners update and is a variant on the games existing Pfister models, including most recently the Pfister Comet S2.
Having only just launched let's not give the car a scored review just yet, that wouldn't be fair. But let’s continue to break down the vehicle, its stats and whether it’s worth purchasing.

Where Can I Buy The Pfister Growler?
Currently, GTA Online players can get the Pfister Growler from Legendary Motorsport. Although as this is a new car added with the Los Santos Tuners update, it could also be made available as a prize ride vehicle in the future; so if you're not feeling flush, maybe hold off.

Pfister Growler Price (Buy & Sell)
Purchase Price
The Pfister Growler will cost you $1,627,000 to buy up front from Legendary Motorsport.
Trade Price
The Trade Price in GTA Online allows players to buy a car for much cheaper than its normal cost, but you have to complete an objective first.
Anyone who wants to buy the Growler at trade price will have to level up their LS Car Meet Reputation sufficiently if they want to buy it for as little as $1,220,050.
Selling Price
If you decide you want to sell the Pfister Growler you can expect to get a resale price of $976,200.
This is roughly 60% of the original purchase price, plus you can expect to receive 60% of the value of your upgrades too.

What Is The Top Speed Of The Pfister Growler?
Fans interested in taking the Pfister Growler for a spin will be interested to know that the car’s top speed on the game files is 95.60 mph (153.85 km/h).
The actual in-game speed for the Growler has yet to be tested, but we suspect that GTA racing expert Broughy1322 will be taking it through it's paces in the next 24 hours.
Is The Pfister Growler Worth It?
Let's be honest, the Pfister Growler is a pricey vehicle and looks pretty identical to most other Pfister Porsche models, so it'll need to stand out to be truly worth it.
An early review from Just Jake Club (above) paints a picture of a car that is very similar to the Comet S2, but arguably with fewer customisation options and an ever so slight step down.
This isn't to say the Pfister Growler is a bad car, far from it. It still looks great, has a good top speed and seems to handle itself in the corners pretty well.
But, in a toss-up with the Comet S2 and arguably the recently released Vectre, this feels like the car that would finish in third place.
If you have the cash to splash - and let's face it, players can earn plenty of money with the new daily exotic exports car list - we wouldn't turn down the chance to buy it, but we're also not chomping at the bit to add it to our collection just yet.
