Rockstar recently confirmed a remastered collection of three Grand Theft Auto titles, which includes Vice City, San Andreas, and GTA III. That's due for release this year, but many have wondered about GTA 6’s progress.

Development on the game is seemingly progressing steadily, as a recent job listing hints at the sequel’s ambitious features. Discovered on Rockstar’s website (thanks TheGamer), a job listing points towards “large-scale destruction” and intricate visual detail for the sixth title.

The visual effects help to immerse the player in a believable world, from using ambient effects for things like insects around the player and rain dripping off buildings up to large scale destruction events like skyscrapers crashing to the ground.

While it doesn’t specifically state this position is for GTA 6, the descriptions of buildings and gameplay destruction doesn’t fit any of Rockstar’s other projects or leaked content. This sixth main entry reportedly includes a sprawling, evolving map. A recent news story also hinted at the title’s inclusion of a central Policeman character.
