Ghost of Tsushima: How Many Acts?

As with most good stories, the game is split into three main acts.

Each one has a series of main story missions, and by the game's conclusion will take Jin across the entire Isle of Tsushima.

In fact, each place takes place in a different region, so you'll see all new locales and biomes as you progress.
