How To Buy Games From The Digital Store

Xbox Series X/S

If you’re looking to buy a digital game on you Xbox Series X or Series S, you’ll first need to grab your controller and sign in.

To do this, if you aren’t already, access the menu by pressing the Xbox button (the Xbox symbol), then under Profile & System select Choose a profile.

Sign in to your account by choosing your Gamertag.

Next head over to the Store app on your console, it looks like a shopping bag with the windows logo on it.

Once on the Store, you should have quite a few games to choose from, given the Xbox Series X and Series S’s backwards compatibility.

If you want to get the most of your new machine, we recommend something that recently came out, like Watch Dogs Legion, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla or Destiny 2 Beyond Light!

Once you’ve decided, purchase the game!

You will have to input your payment details to be able to buy the product, but once that has all cleared the game is yours to own.

Be careful that you have enough memory to download the game first though!

You don’t want to buy a game that you can’t play because of space issues.
