Hunting is a core part of Red Dead Redemption 2.
You have to track down all manner of creatures and use their skins to help craft items and gear for your adventure!
Though no beast is more frightening than the mighty beaver!
Okay so maybe not the scariest but you will still need to track it down and hunt it like other animals in RDR2.
Here’s where you can find beavers in Red Dead Redemption 2!
Best Beaver Locations
Beavers can be found in multiple spots in Red Dead Redemption 2.
Look at how cute it is, now go kill it!
You could go along the Kamassa River looking for self-dams or you could instead hit up these specific spites:
- Owanjila in Big Valley
- The South side of Shady Belle in Bayou Nwa
- The Northern side of Lake Isabella
- Huron Glen in Roanoke Ridge
When you arrive at these spots, be careful not to spook the beavers or they’ll run away!
Using a Varmint Rifle with a scope, snipe the beavers from a distance while they hang out on the shore.
If you kill the beaver cleanly you’ll get a perfect beaver pelt for your efforts!
You’ll need a perfect Beaver carcas for the Wildlife Art Exhibition task in "A Better World, A New Friend."
You can also find the legendary beaver, just Southeast of Elysian Pool and to the West of the Van Horn Trading Post.
Happy hunting out there!
