Genshin Impact Tuned to the World's Sound - Everything We Know

Looking for details about Genshin Impact Tuned to the World's Sound? This rhythm game event sees us being gifted with a Floral Zither by everyone's favourite ronin, Kazuha, and using it to play songs with other characters in scenic locations across Liyue and Inazuma. It looks pretty similar to the Windsong Lyre event from Mondstadt's festival, where we also played a rhythm game to earn rewards.

So, what sets Tuned to the World's Sound apart from the previous event? Well, this time we'll be playing with other characters at specific locations, and there will be some new mechanics that make the actual rhythm game itself far more challenging.

If you're currently exploring Genshin Impact 2.2 and Tsurumi, be sure to check out our guides for finding Fluorescent Fungus and the A Particularly Particular Author quest that helps you clear the island of fog. We also have a guide for new crossover character Aloy, and the newly announced Arataki Itto. Now, here's everything we know about the Genshin Impact Tuned to the World's Sound event.

Update: The Tuned to the World's Sound event is now over, but if you still want to play an instrument, you can purchase the Windsong Lyre from the Jewelery shop in Mondstadt.

How to Get the Floral Zither

At first, we had no idea what a Floral Zither was, but when we saw Kazuha hand it to the Traveler in the trailer, it became pretty clear that it's a stringed instrument a little like a harp or a lyre. In terms of how we get it, you simply need to follow the event quest marker to find Kazuha, then get him some Glaze Lilies to repair the lyre. Once this is done, you can take it to the song locations in the game, and play it where you want, too.

How Do You Play the Floral Zither?

Just like the Windsong Lyre from the Windblume Festival, Tuned to the World's Sound is a rhythm game that involves tapping the screen in time with the notes, or pressing keys if you're on PC. There are three difficulties: normal, hard, and pro.

This event also introduces new rhythm mechanics, like having to hold and release notes as well. To activate each event, you just head to the set location and choose a difficulty to play on, though you'll have to complete the previous difficulty with at least a Euphonium level to do so.
