Genshin Impact World Quest - Break the Sword Cemetery Seal, Walkthrough And Rewards

Genshin Impact has a variety of World Quests that provide insightful information about the many regions of Teyvat and the characters living in it. Some of them are hidden and only appear under certain conditions, and some others are locked behind Adventure Rank and Main Story progression, but all of them reward the player with useful items such as large amounts of Mora, Ascension Materials, and even Primogems.

World Quest - Break the Sword Cemetery Seal

There are three hilichurl tribes surrounding the Sword Cemetery. To the north, the Meaty tribe; to the south, the Sleeper tribe; and in the valley to the east, the Eclipse tribe. You need to unlock the three monuments in each tribe’s camp to release the Seal.

Break the Sword Cemetery Seal - Requirements & Location

The sword cemetery is right in the middle of the large lake in Dadaupa Gorge, Mondstadt. The three camps you're asked to find are located directly south, directly north, and directly south-east of the sword cemetery.

To unlock this quest, you need to talk to Dr. Livingstone or activate any of the three monuments in the tribe’s camps.

Break the Sword Cemetery Seal - Steps

Explore and unlock the Seal

• The village to the south is where the Sleeper tribe lives. It requires you to fight a Wooden Shield Mitachurl. Defeating it will unlock a Precious chest and the Electro monument.
• The village to the north is where the Meaty tribe lives. It requires you to fight a few rounds in an arena against Slimes, Samachurls, and a Wooden Shield Mitachurl. Defeating them all within 100 seconds will unlock the Cryo monument, 2 Exquisite chests, and 2 Common chests.
• The village to the east is where the Eclipse tribe lives. It requires you to fight a Wooden Shield Mitachurl, an Anemo Samachurl, and a Cryo Abyss Mage. Defeating them will unlock a Precious chest and the Pyro monument.

Obtain the treasure at the center of the Sword Cemetery

The Luxurious Chest contains a Northlander Claymore Billet, a 4-star artifact, and Mystic Enhancement Ore.
