Since the idea is to inflict damage using the Elemental Burst as often as possible, weapons like Lost Prayer to the Sacred Winds or Solar Pearl are always the best options. If you can’t afford those, the Mappa Mare should suffice as well.

Due to the supportive nature of the whole artifact set, the Noblesse Oblige set is the best choice by far in this context. However, if you want to boost Electro Damage instead of buffing your party, you can always mix some Thundering Fury parts in it.
