User abc64 on Twitter mentioned that game developers miHoYo is ‘possibly working on cross-save between the two entities involved.
The user is known to be a trusted Genshin Impact leaker. Yet nothing has been confirmed by either Sony or miHoYo as of now, having a cross-save for the PS4 and PS5 versions of Genshin Impact could be viable.
User regal phase also mentioned on Twitter that a crossplay for the game Overwatch was allowed for the PlayStation platforms, so it could also be possible Genshin Impact.
